Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FP Network services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. FP Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FP Network for any of the following purposes:

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, phishing kits, or exploit payloads
• Storing or sharing content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Uploading content depicting child exploitation (zero-tolerance policy)
• Using the platform for unauthorized data scraping or automated abuse
• Circumventing storage quotas, rate limits, or security controls
• Any activity that violates applicable German or EU law

4. Storage Quotas & Fair Use

Free (Guest) accounts are limited to 5MB per file and 5GB total storage. Premium accounts receive limits as described on the Premium Plans page. FP Network reserves the right to throttle or restrict access if usage patterns are deemed abusive or inconsistent with normal file-hosting operations.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant FP Network a limited, non-exclusive license to store, cache, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your files and will not access them except as required for infrastructure operations, legal compliance, or abuse investigation.

6. Service Availability & SLA

FP Network strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for Premium accounts. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or DDoS attacks. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via email at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or permanently delete your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored data will be retained for 14 days to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently and securely erased. You may also request account deletion at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FP Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt am Main. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
